| Sears Powerama held on Oregon Cutting Systems Campus |
|
| Portland, Oregon: April 18, 2007– Consumers throughout the Pacific Northwest will benefit from the Sears Powerama held March 19-21 on the Blount/Oregon Cutting Systems campus in Portland, Oregon.
During these three days more than 125 Sears employees (store sales associates, service technicians and managers) from Oregon, Washington and Montana received classroom and hands-on training on outdoor products ranging from chainsaws to tractors. The hands-on training gives the Sears employees product knowledge they would not otherwise receive and helps them understand how the products work. This gives them more confidence in the products they sell. It also allows them to impart more information to the customers who want to make a more informed buying decision. "Oregon Cutting Systems is proud to host the Sears Powerama on our campus. In fact, this is the 20th year we have hosted this event. We are thankful for our great business partnership with Sears," says Cary Pangares, Marketing Operations Manager for Consumer Marketing at OCSG. |
